Each morning, our house guests awaken to a breakfast buffet that celebrates the marriage of regional flavours and seasonal freshness. Freshly baked bread, homemade jams and eggs from our own henhouse take pride of place alongside carefully curated products from local artisans.

Weekly Theme Evenings

Once a week, our kitchen comes alive with tradition. We serve hearty dumplings and beloved South Tyrolean classics at communal tables. These intimate gatherings require advance booking, as we intentionally keep numbers small to preserve the convivial atmosphere.
