Arrival and Departure
On arrival day, apartments are available from 2.00 pm.
Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm.
On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am at the latest.
Payment
To confirm your booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The balance can be paid on site in cash, by debit card or credit card.
Cancellation & Terms
Should you be unable to take up your stay, the following cancellation conditions apply:
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees apply.
For cancellations between 30 and 11 days before arrival, fees of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For cancellations within 10 days before arrival, fees of 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 10% apply for the booked but unused days.
Any deposits already paid will naturally be offset against any cancellation fees.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at the Goldener Adler.
Three apartments are specifically designated for guests with dogs. We therefore ask that you indicate this when making your enquiry. We charge a supplement of EUR 20.00 per night.
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in certain areas of the house.
Südtirols Süden Card
The digital Südtirols Süden Card is included throughout your entire stay, providing sustainable and flexible mobility across South Tyrol.
