Our table celebrates the authentic flavors of South Tyrol, featuring traditional dishes that have graced local tables for generations. Lovingly prepared by Anke with the wisdom and assistance of senior chef Martha, our rotating menu may include:

  • Simple, hearty meat dishes

Our selection follows the rhythm of the seasons and local availability, intentionally keeping things simple yet satisfying. To preserve the intimate atmosphere, advance booking is essential, as we limit the number of participants.
